Helping Australians access tech
AccessibleTech is a small student-led business in Melbourne. We refurbish laptops and tablets and sell them at prices that work for students and people on limited budgets.

Here's what most people don't realise about used machines. Companies replace their fleets every three or four years — not because the hardware has worn out, but because that's the cycle. What comes off those refreshes is business-grade gear, built tougher than the consumer models on the shelf at the same price, maintained the whole time it was in service, and still good for years of work. That's what we sell.
A well-kept business laptop from three years ago will often outrun a new budget machine at the same money, and is typically built to last longer.
The reason people hesitate over used isn't the price. It's not knowing what turns up in the box. So we've built the whole thing around removing that.
- Every device we sell passes the same functional tests
- The condition grade is about appearance only — how much scuffing and wear the machine has picked up, not how well it runs
- A Grade C laptop has been used more than a Grade A, but it still has to pass the same tests
- Every listing gives you the grade with a plain description of the marks, the model year, battery health as a percentage, the specs, how long the manufacturer will support it, and anything that doesn't work as it should
- The photos are of the actual machine you'll receive, marks and all — never a stock image
No surprises is the entire product. Nobody should have to gamble on a used device because it's the only thing they can afford.
